Inkdesk is provided as a browser document utility. Review your PDF and the individual verification checks before using the result.
Your responsibility
Only sign documents you are authorized to sign. Check every placement and any prefilled text. You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature suits your transaction.
Service scope
Inkdesk is not a notary, certificate authority, identity provider or legal adviser. A timestamp does not by itself establish identity, authority, consent of other parties or legal enforceability.
Availability
Timestamp and log services can be unavailable. You may save a clearly unsealed copy and retry later. Keep your own backups; closing the tab may discard unsaved work.
Development status
This installation is under active development. Browser support, third-party trust and long-term validation require independent checks appropriate to your use. The software is supplied without a general fitness guarantee.
